About St Croix Falls
For more than 100 years tourists have come to St Croix Falls to witness the geological wonders of the Dalles of the St Croix River.

Unique glacial formations and 200-foot rock cliffs can be seen in Interstate Park, which forms the trailhead for the 1,000 mile Ice Age trail. Fall colors in the St Croix Valley are unsurpassed. Just 50 miles northeast of Minneapolis, MN, St Croix Falls has the atmosphere of a simpler life amid scenic beauty. This has drawn a community of artists, craftsmen and performers to the area. You'll find world-class artworks, functional creations, theater and musical productions.

There is no better place to enjoy the arts than the new observation deck over looking the St Croix River in downtown St Croix Falls. Complete With stage and seating, the deck hosts open-air concerts and social events all summer long.

The old Woodley Dam on Highway 8 east of St Croix Falls is a nostalgic landmark from a bygone era!
